At Elle Interiors, every piece we create is handmade with care and intention. Because of the custom nature of our products, returns are handled thoughtfully to ensure fairness to both our customers and our craft.

Returns:

We do not accept general returns or exchanges on handmade or personalized items. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or a defect—please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect:

3. We’ll offer one of the following solutions based on the situation:

A replacement product.

Custom & Personalized Orders:

Custom and personalized items are crafted specifically for you and are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Responsibility:

For defective or damaged items, we cover shipping on any replacements or repairs. For non-defective items, return shipping (if accepted) is the customer’s responsibility.
