**1. Order Processing & Turnaround Time**
All of our products are handmade to order. Standard processing time is 5-10 business days, depending on the size and customization of your order. Custom orders may take longer; estimated timeframes will be communicated prior to confirmation.

**2. Payment Terms**
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment platforms. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For custom orders, payment must be received before production begins.

**3. Custom Orders**
All custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable. We provide mockups or proofs for approval before production starts. Once approved, no changes can be made.

**4. Shipping & Delivery**
We ship via trusted carriers with tracking provided. Delivery time varies based on location. Elle Interiors is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during shipping, but we will assist in resolving shipping issues when possible.

**5. Returns & Exchanges**
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a resolution.

**6. Defect & Damage Policy** We inspect each item before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive an item with a defect, please send photos and a description to elleinteriorsmi@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

**7. Product Care & Liability**
Care instructions are included with each product. Elle Interiors is not liable for damage resulting from improper care or use. Following provided guidelines will ensure the longevity of your item.
